1. Evaluation & Selection

Items are assessed based on brand, condition, demand, seasonality, and current resale trends. I provide honest, informed guidance on what’s worth selling.

2. Strategic Placement

Items are listed on established platforms such as Poshmark, Depop, eBay, and The RealReal, or placed with select brick-and-mortar consignment stores.

3. Pricing, Commission, & Transparency

Pricing is based on current market conditions. If you have minimums in mind, we can discuss with the understanding that they may affect salability.

The Revised Closet earns a 50% commission on the net proceeds of each sold item unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. This covers evaluation, photography, pricing strategy, listing, platform management, buyer communication, shipping, and donation or return of unsold items.

My goal is always to act in your best interest and achieve the highest return while offering you a truly hands-off experience.

4. Timeline & Unsold Items

Items remain listed for approximately 3 months. If an item does not sell within that timeframe, it may be donated responsibly through trusted channels, or returned to you upon written request (additional travel or shipping fees may apply).
